At Mahunisa Enterprises, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

No Return Policy All sales made on mahunisa.co.in are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once the order has been delivered, except under the specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange / Replacement — Eligible Conditions Only We offer a replacement or exchange only in the following cases:

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect
  • The product received is damaged in transit

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement To be eligible for any exchange or replacement claim, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video of the package at the time of opening. Claims made without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment Policy Mahunisa Enterprises operates on a Prepaid basis only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout via our secure payment gateway.

Color & Design Disclaimer Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions during photography. Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for exchange.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items Items marked as "Pre-Order" or "Sourced on Demand" are non-cancellable once placed, as they are specially sourced for you. These items ship within 7–10 business days.
